We are looking for an experienced Producer (Mobile) to join the Skate team. You will report to the Senior Producer.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the production owner for the mobile version of skate, leading a cross-discipline group to achieve milestone deliverables and launch on time and at high quality

  • Align with project leadership to achieve our creative vision for mobile and deliver a great player experience

  • Partner with development directors to manage production roadmaps, development priorities and release planning

  • Partner with research and product management to gather user data and guide mobile development

  • Communicate goals, results and risks to project leadership and the team

  • Solve production issues to improve team efficiency

Qualifications:

  • You have at least 5 years of game production experience and shipped at least one mobile title as a lead producer

  • You have worked in a live and data informed production environment

  • You understand Agile development processes and how these teams operate

  • You enjoy being a leader and an advocate for your areas of ownership

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

    • $126,000 - $176,300 CAD
  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento)
    • $138,200 - $219,000 USD
  • Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs)
    • $153,100 - $206,200 USD
  • Illinois (depending on location e.g. Chicago vs Illinois City)
    • $136,600 - $184,400 USD
  • Minnesota (depending on location e.g. Minneapolis vs Saint Paul)
    • $136,600 - $184,400 USD
  • Jersey City, NJ
    • $171,100 - $219,000 USD
  • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo)
    • $136,600 - $219,000 USD
  • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane)
    • $136,600 - $202,300 USD

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time. In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
