Reporting to the EA SPORTS FC Senior Executional Producer and working within the EA SPORTS FC global executional production team at EA Vancouver - this Producer will be responsible for working as part of a team of Producers tasked with delivering high quality video & design assets as part of a major global marketing campaign. You will manage AAA campaign assets (key art, social content, trailers), brand design artwork, DOM (email images & video), and community content from briefing and creation through to deployment.

Responsibilities:

  •  Partner with the internal Creative and Production teams to guide the creative execution and production of AAA assets for a global sports and gaming audience.
  •  Read scripts and provide creative and editorial feedback to the creative director ensuring vision is aligned with brand vision, schedule, budget and quality targets.
  •  Maintain asset trackers and sync with partners to ensure understanding of asset production statuses and timing.
  •  Manage and reduce project risks throughout the production process.
  •  Create workback and production schedules based on delivery dates and keep interested parties (music groups, localization teams, creative, studio & legal teams etc) updated.
  •  Organize frequent creative reviews with dev, brand, activation, talent, licensee's/licensors and other team members to solicit feedback and approval on latest cuts.
  •  Initiate music licensing and composition requests with EA's music group, confirming usage, territory, timeline, and artist credits.
  •  Quality check all assets for accurate spelling, required legal copy, ESRB ratings, correct end slate CTA's, and ensure files are error free.
  •  Manage post-production vendors w/ Franchise Lead & Head of Production including review bids for accuracy, consistency and once approved, initiate SOW's and PO requests.
  •  Source in-game assets for vendors including working with our internal Capture team and game producers to understand asset availability.
  •  Send trailers and other assets to EA's Legal team with proper caveats for review and confirm required disclaimers.
  •  Sync with EA's localization team to confirm on time delivery of localization projects and assets.
  •  Build shoots alongside external production vendors including budgeting, casting, facilities and scheduling, prop list.
  •  Forecast and maintain asset production budgets

Skills:

  •  You are a master of influence, carefully balancing creative excellence with on time delivery while following budget constraints and adhering to Franchise Marketing guidance to meet our commercial goals
  •  You are an accomplished mediator and resolver of conflicts, able to help people and teams with opposing points of view come together and agree on solutions.
  •  You can distill complex plans down to their path and proper milestones.
  •  Maintains a positive solutions-oriented mindset and is proactive to solve production questions.
  •  You maintain ownership, keep members accountable whilst invested in great outcomes and high-quality content.
  •  You excel in a fast-paced environment with daily deliverables that must be met.
  •  You can take projects from inception to execution.
  •  Willingness to travel on a basis for studio meetings and shoots.

Qualifications:

  •  5+ Years’ experience in Producer roles.
  •  History in creating, organizing and executing the production of video and design assets
  •  Experience with Live action shoots, Key Art, Design & motion systems, Video trailers, Screenshots
  •  Strong understanding of pre/post/editorial/design production processes.
  •  Familiar with common production tools: Airtable, Frame.io, Frontify, Google Drive
  •  You have an adept knowledge of EA SPORTS, football, and its culture

 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). PAY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
    • $73,200 - $101,700 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and after 3 months of service - extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
