Product Manager, Global App

Location: Singapore.

You will Report to Vice President, Product & GTM.

Job Description

At EA, we believe games are powerful because they bring together multiple ways people engage play, watch, create, and connect. And the biggest entertainment platforms aren't just places to consume content — they're places where communities build.

Creator-made content is already part of EA's history — from community creation tools in Battlefield to The Gallery in The Sims 4. We believe creative technologies will expand how players engage with and contribute to our experiences, supported by thoughtful product design, safety systems, and global reach. Our focus is on allowing more players to participate in creative expression by making creation easier, safer, and more rewarding.

We're looking for a Product Manager, Global App to help shape the core player experience across the mobile app. You will focus on improving how players discover, engage with, and return to creator-driven content across priority markets.  It will also ensure the app experience remains intuitive, scalable, safe, and compatible with a shared global platform.

In this role, you will define product requirements. You will also support execution across key app surfaces, including onboarding, home and discovery, content detail pages, profiles, notifications, social engagement features, and in-app guidance. You will work with engineering, design, data, growth, trust and safety, and regional partners to improve activation, retention, and overall app experience quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage roadmap areas across the Global App experience, in consideration of our goals and regional user needs.

  • Define and track main app metrics including activation, D1/D7 retention, engagement, session frequency, and feature adoption.

  • Identify friction in the player journey and prioritise improvements across onboarding, discovery, navigation, and engagement loops.

  • Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-quality app experiences across mobile surfaces.

  • Collaborate with regional teams on localization and culturalization of UX, messaging, and in-app education.

  • Work with Growth on lifecycle hooks, notifications, referral mechanics, and re-engagement opportunities.

  • Partner with Trust & Safety and Policy teams to embed safety-by-design, reporting flows, and age-appropriate experiences.

  • Use product analytics, user research, and experimentation to inform prioritisation and improve outcomes.

  • Support launches, rollout planning, beta testing, issue assessment, and ongoing quality improvements across markets.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of product management experience in consumer mobile products, in apps, games, social platforms, or UGC ecosystems.

  • Experience shipping user-facing features that improved activation, engagement, retention, or app quality.

  • Product judgement across mobile UX, discovery, engagement loops, and user lifecycle design.

  • Comfort using data and experimentation to evaluate performance and prioritise product decisions.

  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Growth, Trust & Safety, and regional teams.

  • Familiarity with localization, culturalization, and global product considerations.

  • Mandarin and English written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, HCI, Design, Economics, Business, or related field; equivalent experience also welcomed.
