The Creative Innovation team within the Central Technology organisation is the driving force behind EA's cutting-edge research, 3rd-party partnerships, and content creation technologies. This role is hybrid in Burnaby, BC.

The Challenge Ahead:

As a Product Manager, you will be part of an internationally distributed team facilitating the success of products and features for the Characters domain. This is an opportunity to influence product strategies and team processes, and to hone your leadership and experience in product management. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Management.

Day to day, you will...

  • Own prioritisation and delivery of multiple features, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

  • Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to drive daily execution and track key product metrics.

  • Engage with users and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and communicate progress.

  • Translate product requirements into clear specifications and acceptance criteria to allow predictable delivery.

  • Contribute to product strategy through research, analysis, and data-informed decision-making.

  • Create regular product updates and status reports for sharing with partners and product sponsors

  • Partner with other product managers and owners to prioritise and resource our products and technology

You are/have…

  • University degree, Bachelor's or equivalent professional experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Business Analyst experience on technical projects/products

  • Demonstrated ownership of projects end-to-end

  • Experience managing cross-functional dependencies and tradeoffs.

Bonus if you have…

  • Experience working in scaled Agile or multi-team environments

  • Exposure to product discovery practices

  • Exposure to creative production tools and workflows.

  • Data fluency (SQL, dashboards, product analytics)


Pay Transparency - North America

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$100,000 - $139,500 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
