Founded in 2010 by the original creators of the Call of Duty Franchise, Respawn was created with the philosophy that when talented people have creative freedom, they'll make extraordinary games that achieve the unexpected. From our roots as an indie studio to joining the expansive roster of studios at Electronic Arts, this remains our guiding principle. We truly love what we do and want to share our passion with players worldwide.

Our shipped titles include critically acclaimed multi-platform games Apex Legends, Titanfall, Titanfall 2, Star Wars™ Jedi: Fallen Order and Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond. Join us for the opportunity to create groundbreaking games with some of the best developer talent.

The Opportunity

Our Apex Legends team is looking for a proactive Production Coordinator to join our Studio Operations and Production group. In this role, you will be the backbone of support for four of our Apex leaders while ensuring the broader team has everything they need to succeed. We are looking for a problem solver who is passionate about high quality support and eager to find new ways to streamline our current processes.

As part of our collaborative operations group, you will also be cross-trained to maximize support across the entire studio. This position is hybrid and requires onsite presence in our Chatsworth office three days per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute team meetings, summits, and onsite or offsite events, managing logistics such as space planning, catering, materials, communications, and day of coordination to create seamless experiences.

  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Lead onboarding logistics for US based employees by ensuring NUSUs, equipment, network access, access to campus and workspace setups are completed prior to start dates. Manage offboarding by coordinating equipment returns and access removal in partnership with IT and HR. Collaborate with hiring managers for new hire seat assignments at Chatsworth campus.

  • Team Operations and Communication: Maintain team distribution lists, Slack channels, and shared resources to ensure clear and consistent communication. Schedule meetings & manage team calendar, support agenda creation, capture notes when needed, and track follow ups.

  • Studio Experience: Proactively maintain department common areas and participate in creative sessions to thoughtfully brand and enhance the team workspace experience. Partner with Workplace Experience team to advocate and act as a liaison to Apex leaders for team's needs onsite

  • Operational Support: Partner with IT and cross functional teams to manage hardware and software needs, assist with space planning and internal moves, and provide guidance on company processes related to travel, purchasing, and facilities.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously look for opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and introduce scalable processes that support a growing and evolving team. Participate in cross training within the Studio Operations and Production group to maximize overall studio support.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: A proven track record in an administrative, coordinator, or operations role, ideally supporting senior leaders and global teams in a fast paced environment.

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Outlook and Google Workspace, including advanced calendar management, document collaboration, note taking, and task tracking.
