You will work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area). You will work a day shift from 9 am to 5 pm and will periodically require you to attend and support evening events.


Responsibilities:

  • University Relations Support

    • Provide hands-on support for university partnerships, including creating new connections and arranging speaking plans.

    • Company partners management, promoting communication and appropriate documentation of new partnerships.

    • Guide weekly university relations meetings and track progress of important activities.

  • External Event Management & Industry Connections

    • Coordinate logistics for external meetings, events, workshops, and networking activities.

    • Support the planning industry networking events.

    • Develop relationships with external partners

    • Analyze event outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.

  • Government Agency Alignment & Incentive Identification

    • Identify and pursue incentive opportunities in collaboration with relevant authorities.

    • Ensure compliance with local regulations and leverage available programs to support project goals.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 3 years of experience supporting projects with international business or government agencies

  • Experience in project management

  • Experience coordinating external events or tasks.
