The Data & Insights (D&I) team harnesses the power of data to deliver transformative insights and solutions to EA game teams and players. D&I teams are involved in every aspect of data, driving strategy and governance; building powerful data and AI applications; and developing personalization, experimentation, and analytics tools, and more. As a Technical Program Manager, you will report to the Director of Program Management and will oversee the development of our Ads lifecycle infrastructure, tools, and software. You will improve our product quality and execution, driving global revenues and work with teams and vendors to define program requirements and create detailed plans. You'll manage these programs from start to finish.


Responsibilities:

  • You will manage program plans and schedules, aligning them with our strategic goals.

  • You will partner with engineering to implement programs and meet set targets.

  • You will initiate and build programs in partnership with customers and game teams.

  • You will establish detailed program plans, documentation, processes, and schedules for teams and partners.

  • You will track risks and dependencies across program deliverables

  • You will implement improvements based on partner feedback related to performance indicators.

  • You will offer insights to help our engineers enhance products and services, exceeding partner and customer expectations.


Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical program management role for complex engineering products

  • Experience in Ads programs, game development or game specific analytics

  • Solid program management skills, along with practice or knowledge of Agile development methodologies.


This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$91,100 - $126,900 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
