Redwood City, CA - Hybrid

We are looking for an organized and proactive professional to join our award-winning Investor Relations (IR) team. You will support the Vice President (VP) and Director of IR in managing the daily operations and strategic programs of a high-impact function. You will enjoy an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and work with important partners, including institutional investors, Wall Street analysts, and senior leadership across the organization. You will report to the VP of Investor Relations and will work in a hybrid setting, located in Redwood City, CA.

Responsibilities:

●      Knowledge of Investor Relations practices, company policies, and operational procedures.

●      Project management: You will manage deliverables for the quarterly earnings process.

●     Manage the logistics for investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, bus tours, and hosted events including meeting schedules, travel, catering, and meeting spaces.

●      Manage schedules for the VP and Director of IR, handle meeting requests, and process travel expenses.

●      Use the investor CRM system to document interactions, update investor profiles, and prepare executive briefing materials.

●      Organize and administer investor website, vendor contracts, purchase orders, and process invoices.

●      Identify and address opportunities to improve operational processes

Qualifications:

●   5+ years of relevant work experience

●   Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.

●   Trusts their abilities engaging with senior partners at the VP+ level.

●   Familiarity with CRM systems or other data management tools.

  • Accomplished in facilitating seamless operations, attentive to details, and proactive, with a focus on leading with purpose.
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint expertise required. Experience with Google Slides.
  • Knowledge of Finance organizations is an advantage but not required.

● Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time for essential operations.


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento) * $103,200 - $145,600 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
