Some of these initiatives aim to standardize, automate, and connect EA's operational and financial metrics, forecasting processes, and executive reporting capabilities. You will manage program execution end-to-end, from defining scope and milestones to managing dependencies, risks, and delivery. This ensures that all Enterprise Insights projects deliver a metrics foundation and automated executive reporting.

  • You will drive continuous improvement by incorporating partner feedback and performance insights into program delivery.

  • You will provide clear, data-driven updates to leadership, ensuring decisions and agreement across the enterprise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience in program management supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives

  • Experience working with financial planning, forecasting, executive reporting, or enterprise metrics

  • Experience with data-driven programs, including reporting automation, data pipelines, or analytics platforms

  • Experience working with Finance or Strategy partners

  • Solid program management fundamentals, with experience using Agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery models
