Project Manager - Total Rewards Shared Services
6 Month Temporary Contract
Hybrid - 3 days per week at our Guildford Office


About the Position:

The Project Manager - Total Rewards Shared Services (PM - TRSS) helps support the Total Rewards Centres of Excellence and employees globally. Based in Guildford, UK, this hybrid work schedule role (three days a week in office) is important to EA People Services Strategy, focusing on process improvement, automation, and enhancing the employee experience. The PM - TRSS reports to the Senior Manager, TRSS, and contributes to the team's goals.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the review of EA's Benefits administration processes across multiple countries, identifying gaps and solutions.

  • Assist us in collaborating with partners to implement improvements and identify gaps in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Romania, Netherlands, France, Italy, Czech Republic, and Germany.

  • You will help us enhance process documentation with the TRSS team, clarify roles, and establish escalation processes.

  • Facilitate additional transition of countries into TRSS support assisting us to, ensure a smooth transition and employee experience.

  • You will provide bi-weekly updates and develop best practices with Benefits and People Partners.

  • You will help us implement EA's new global benefits platform and expanding TRSS scope.

Qualifications:

  • Previous project management experience within shared services and EMEA benefits

  • Experience with EMEA benefits programmes

  • Recognise and recommend process improvements by using technology

  • Collaboration and project management skills
