Project Manager I

Location: Hybrid  (Del Rey, EARS)

Summary

At Electronic Arts, we’re all about creating amazing experiences for our players and our people. The Employee & Studio Experience (ESE) team helps make that possible by improving how our teams work every day.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who’s organized, collaborative, and ready to take on a variety of technology and process improvement projects. In this role, you’ll partner with teams across EA to understand how they work, support the rollout of new tools and systems, and help ensure every project stays on track and delivers meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple initiatives.
  • Partner with teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Track progress, risks, and issues to keep projects on schedule.
  • Coordinate meetings, document updates, and manage project communications.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to help teams adopt new tools and ways of working.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting projects, process improvements, or tool implementations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships across teams.
  • Familiarity with collaborative work management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Coda, Jira.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and curious mindset with a desire to learn.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$67,900 - $108,600 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time.
