This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).

As a QA Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring project deliverables by participating in test planning, strategy, and other testing activities, all while maintaining EA's high standards of quality. You'll focus on improving QA processes efficiency by evaluating current practices and introducing new strategies, and advocate for the player's experience. You'll collaborate and report to the QV Leadership team, and work onsite.


Responsibilities

  • You will lead quality testing plan and strategies definitions based on design document analysis.

  • You will partner with development, production, design, and QV team members.

  • You will mentor junior talent in quality assurance foundation and best practices.

  • You will work on quality / process improvements along with the leadership team.

  • You will create and execute test scenarios and identify automated & data-driven testing scope.

  • You will execute early risk assessment, management and resolution.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience work experience in Quality Assurance supporting multiple platforms, such as Mobile, PC, Gaming Consoles.

  • 2+ years experience of test tools, testing methodology, and processes.

  • An understanding of game development, interdisciplinary dependencies and associated development risks.

  • Experience using development tools to enhance white and gray-box testing strategies.

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
