EA is looking for you to fill an Quality Analyst II role for the EASFC team. The QA II position will require you to input into our quality processes and help establish best practices for our analyst family together with our leadership team. You will help build the quality plan for EASFC QA and will report to the QA Development Manager and partner directly with the Producer and/or Designer to agree on the quality plan for new features.

Responsibilities:

  • Build working relationships with members of the development, production and design teams.
  • Promote a higher quality player experience through tasks such as feature planning, analyzing internal data/player data, and feature/design reviews.
  • You will spend time testing the game, reporting bugs and providing feedback on features to improve the quality of the game for our players.
  • Support identification of technical solutions and automation opportunities.
  • Work with QV teams at different locations and time zones
  • You will provide progress and status update to appropriate managers, Quality Designers, and other team members.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of applicable work experience.
  • A passion for EAFC or soccer, with a player first mentality.
  • Experience working in fast paced live support environment with teams across geolocations and time zones.
  • Experience working in an embedded, integrated product team (i.e. Development + QA working as one).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
    • $55,800 - $74,300 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
