About Us: Our Quality Verification and Standards (QVS) team is an important part of our development process, delivering actionable insights that support our game teams to optimize software performance and elevate gameplay.

Who do we work with? You will work with the American Football franchise.

About the Role: The Quality Designer position will be hybrid, working out of the Orlando office. It will require you to develop new quality practices that aim to improve quality. You will help oversee the entire quality plan for American Football Gameplay and will report to the QA Development Director. You will also partner directly with the Producer and other Designers to establish quality standards and provide both quantitative and qualitative feedback on new features.

🔑Your Responsibilities

  • Leverage testing skills and methodologies to systematically test the product and share results

  • Assess and manage risks related to requirements and testing

  • Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and testable

  • Lead the test strategy for important gameplay features and systems.

  • Compile data from multiple sources into cohesive summaries to communicate status and risk

  • Represent the QA perspective effectively in meetings, ensuring quality standards are prioritized.

  • Mentor and support team members in implementing quality strategies

  • Deliver improvements and knowledge sharing across teams

✅ Our Requirements

Experience and Knowledge

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, quality assurance, or game design

  • Understanding of quality assurance techniques and multiple testing methodologies

  • Experience with bug prevention, containment strategies

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent collaboration and communication

  • Understand concepts of defect prevention and containment

  • Passion for creating high-quality player experiences
