Quality Verification and Standards (QVS)

Our Quality Verification and Standards (QVS) team is an integral part of our development process, consistently delivering actionable insights that support our game teams to optimize software performance and elevate gameplay. Their dedicated efforts ensure that we deliver cutting-edge entertainment experiences that captivate and inspire players and fans globally.



Responsibilities:

    You will be the partner with EA Korea QA, QE, Development team to guarantee successful product development and service in high quality.

    Your main role is to lead technical quality execution to improve QA efficiency.

o    to achieve Software Quality goal with new technical/automation approach

o    to find team's pain points and support technical solutions. 

    Basically, you will find practical automation scenarios and develop automation script to replace manual efforts and extend test coverage.

    You will lead basic QA execution for software quality throughout the game development cycle with advanced way.

    You will guide a variety of automation types across multiple features, auto-smoke, pre-integration, software function, Asset/Data/Contents and game play.

    You will also implement way to improve Player's Experiential Quality while analyzing user perspective game, quality, development data, metrics with visibility. 


Qualifications:

    3+ years of professional working experience in a software development or quality-driven role with understanding of software development life cycle and application to development and QA practices.

    Majored in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or compatible software coding skillset mandatory.

    2+ years of experience in test automation, scenario scripting using Python, Powershell and C# capability (benefit).

    Experience using AI/ML solution to adopt workflow, test automation practically (preferred)

    Data related certification - ADsP, SQLD, SAS base or Analytics tool experience (preferred)
