At Electronic Arts, we exist to inspire the world to play. We create amazing experiences for our players everywhere and prioritize their experiences in everything we do. In Player and Quality Insights (PQI), we engage with our players early and often to shape the future of EA's games.

We are looking for a Research Operations specialist to join our globally distributed team with options for on-site work. And will partner with our Player Experience Research team, Development teams and other partners to help manage the end-to-end operations for Player Experience Research sessions.


Responsibilities

  • You will coordinate the logistics of Player Experience Research to screen, schedule, communicate, and compensate participants using different software and communication methods

  • You will partner with PX Research and Data Analytics to assist with building a player strategy and research roadmap with a focus on budget, timing, database requirements and expertise on the targeted player bases

  • You will assist with evolving the project management processes and capabilities of the team to fit the varying needs of game teams across EA

  • You will assist with tracking project budgets and report to development partners and PQI Operations Manager when changes are needed to cover new requests

  • You will follow and inform others of the policies and ethical codes related to conducting Player Experience Research at EA

Qualifications

  • Comfortable working with customers, answering questions and providing instructions

  • Proficient in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)

  • Some experience with project management software (Asana, JaaS, etc.)

  • 1-3 years of project management, coordination or development management experience

  • A passion to put the player first, contributing to exceptional gaming experiences

  • Knowledge of games and the people who play is valuable

  • Able to work across time zones and in remote environments

  • Comfortable leading meetings and retrospectives with multiple team members and partners

  • Collaborative and team-oriented
