Growth Planning

Growth Planning delivers an audience-first approach to planning across channels and content to maximize growth and capitalize on data revealed opportunities. We have a focus on designing a cohesive ecosystem across audiences, channels, and content to deliver a frictionless fan experience.

As a Senior Lifecycle Planner - Battlefield, you will help develop plans across Email and In-Game channels for Battlefield fans around the world. You will report into the Senior Manager of Battlefield Lifecycle Marketing and work with the teams to implement acquisition, engagement, and retention programs that provide value to players while driving meaningful impact to the business.

Location - Los Angeles, CA or Orlando, FL

Work Environment - Hybrid

Duration - 12 months

Responsibilities

  • You will collaborate as a member of the Battlefield Pod to determine content placement for players at critical moments in their personal progression
  • You will help manage the content calendar, content briefs, content forecasting, and content approval and proofing processes
  • You will develop strategies for reaching cohorts and player segments based on our goals
  • You will partner with teams to identify gaps in processes and to develop workflow enhancements
  • You will identify opportunities to improve tools
  • You will cultivate relationships with internal partners and team members
  • You will develop process documentation and best practices
  • You will follow content, social, and digital trends and best practices within and outside the gaming industry

Qualifications

  • Multiple years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing data, or marketing technology fields
  • Experience with digital advertising operations, including campaign programming and delivery
  • Expertise in quality control checks, in-depth troubleshooting
  • Passionate about games, or game theory. And passionate about connecting players to entertainment that they will love
  • Analytical skills
  • Communicate with confidence to advocate for the role of lifecycle channels across the marketing organization

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento)
    • $82,500 - $122,900 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time.
