Join our Portfolio Analytics team as a Senior Analyst. If you have a deep curiosity, a love for games, and experience with data munging, numbers, data visualizations, and statistical analysis, this is your dream job. As part of our team, you will contribute to impactful, high-visibility projects that are informing our top leadership decision. Reporting to the Portfolio Analytics Senior Manager in Bucharest, you'll work with a diverse group of colleagues, encouraging an environment of collaboration.
What you will do:
Use machine learning techniques to analyze data and build predictive models.
Use R/Python to automate processes for recurring requests.
Create concise insights and presentations for top leadership.
Contribute to high-profile portfolio projects through creative idea implementation.
Develop solid relationships with partners, encouraging collaboration.
Coordinate projects from ideation to implementation
Create reports and answer ad-hoc questions that would help our partners to assess the health of our games
We are looking for a colleague with the following technical skills:
SQL: advanced skills including experience querying complex data sets
Data Manipulation: advanced skills in data wrangling, data preprocessing, and data transformation techniques to extract relevant information from raw data and prepare it for analysis and modeling.
Machine Learning: experienced in machine learning algorithms and predictive modelling, positioned for continued growth and professional advancement.
Programming Skills: experienced in programming languages such as Python or R, demonstrating eagerness for development.
Data Visualization: advanced in data visualization techniques and tools, primed for further growth.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
