As our Senior Data Analyst, you will guide the assessment and evolution of our integrated value measurement framework for AI tools, collaborating with partners across EA to increase the value of our investments. You will report to the Director, Analytics and work with a diverse, creative team dedicated to delivering insights that connect millions of players worldwide. This is your opportunity to help us set benchmarks for AI measurement and drive meaningful impact across our iconic franchises.

Responsibilities:

  • You will define and implement an impact and integrated value measurement strategy for AI tools, outlining dependencies and requirements for partner teams across EA.

  • You will assess best practices for measuring the value of applied AI and AI for new ideas in gaming, share recommendations, and establish benchmarks for us.

  • You will develop an FY27 roadmap for impact and integrated value measurement, deploy proof-of-concept metrics, gather partner feedback, and iterate on the framework.

  • You will integrate data into dashboards and conduct monthly reporting with business units to highlight issues and recommend actions.

  • You will perform deep dives into data to produce compelling insights and use those insights to provide recommendations and proposals to stakeholders, enabling them to make informed decisions about the next steps for their AI product roadmaps.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis or applied analytics within gaming, mobile apps, or digital products.

  • Experience using SQL to query large datasets and Python or R for analysis and modeling.

  • Experience creating dashboards and reports with visualization tools such as Looker or PowerBI.

  • Experience designing and iterating on integrated value measurement frameworks for AI tools, including gathering feedback and making recommendations to partners.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$91,100 - $126,900 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
 In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
