At Electronic Arts (EA), you will join us in inspiring the world to play by shaping executive compensation programs that support our mission and reinforce our commitment to creativity, inclusion, and positive play. As Senior Director, Executive Compensation, you will report to the VP Total Rewards and guide the design, governance, and administration of executive compensation across our global teams. You will partner with executive leadership and the Total Rewards team to deliver programs that attract and retain talent, while supporting our long-term priorities.

Responsibilities:

Shape and continuously enhance EA's next generation of incentive compensation incorporating an understanding of public and private entity strategies and designs to support enterprise priorities, performance and competitive positioning.

Lead the design of governance and operating operating model processes for executive compensation with the understanding of public and private entity environments, including charter, partnership roles, planning, analysis, and preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee and executives.

Oversee long-term incentive program design, developing approaches that uniquely support EA’s businesses balanced with internal equity, financial effectiveness, alignment with talent strategies and ability to efficiently administer.

Develop training, communications, and on-going status to aid PE partners, program participants and their leaders in understanding the connections across the business from goals, results and into pay.  

Partner with Finance on forecasting and performance measures, and manage end-to-end program operations, controls, and planning inputs.

Collaborate with Talent, Global Compensation, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to deliver integrated executive compensation programs, supporting global alignment and contributing to mergers and acquisitions due diligence as needed.

Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in executive compensation, incentives, rewards strategy, or related areas within complex, global organizations, and in both the public market and private entity environment.

8+ years of experience designing, governing, and administering executive compensation programs, including regulatory and compliance considerations.

8+ years of experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to develop and implement enterprise-wide compensation strategies and programs.

Proven experience delivering complex compensation insights to executive audiences, with strong financial acumen and expertise in forecasting and scenario-based analysis.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$210,600 - $320,000 USD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
