To achieve this, we focus on the high availability of infrastructure, live services, and studio services while helping developers innovate quickly through on-demand infrastructure and streamlined workflows in the cloud.

As a Senior Director of Product Management for Infrastructure Business Optimization, you will set the vision and strategy for how we manage cost, capacity, and vendor relationships. This is a people-leadership role. You will grow a team of product managers, guiding their career development and ensuring success across our portfolio. You will also help us mature our product management practices, build a consistent operating framework, and foster a culture where we learn through experimentation.

You will:

  • Define and evolve product strategy for cost management, capacity forecasting, cost optimization, and vendor lifecycle management.

  • Develop multi-year product roadmaps and align priorities across engineering, finance, and business partners.

  • Partner with game studios, live service teams, and finance to shape and deliver high impacting product capabilities.

  • Lead a team of product managers; set clear goals and build a high-performing team.

  • Establish product operations standards for intake, roadmapping, prioritization, and metrics.

  • Champion a data-informed, customer-focused culture that balances value, cost efficiency, and technical feasibility.

  • Stay current with FinOps, cloud optimization, and infrastructure best practices to bring fresh ideas into our strategy.

You Bring:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including expertise in hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure cost optimization.

  • Proven success defining and delivering multi-year product strategies at enterprise scale.

  • Experience leading and developing product management teams.

  • Strong knowledge of FinOps practices, cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure), and infrastructure fundamentals (VMs, containers, networking, storage).

  • Ability to engage on financial topics such as budgeting, forecasting, and ROI.

  • Strong communication skills and influence with the senior stakeholders across technical and business domains.
