As Senior Financial Accountant II, you will report to our Controllership Manager in Geneva and support U.S. GAAP reporting for international headquarters and holding entities in Switzerland. You will work with us in a collaborative, inclusive environment that values creativity, learning, and authenticity, helping us deliver unforgettable experiences to millions of players.

This is an ideal next step for Assistant Manager/Manager looking to transition into industry, or an experienced Corporate Accountant aiming to scale their career within a major global matrix organization.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead monthly close activities, preparing and reviewing complex journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for our European entities.

  • You will present key balance sheet analytics and close schedules to our European Finance leadership team, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.

  • You will supervise, delegate, and review work delivered by our offshore accounting support teams, promoting accuracy and compliance.

  • You will act as the main contact for external auditors, preparing statutory financial statements and tax compliance packets while maintaining robust internal controls.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with ACA/ACCA, DEC, DSCG, or equivalent professional accounting/audit qualification.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in audit/professional services firm or multinational corporate environment.

  • Experience with U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS, including internal control frameworks such as SOX, and proficiency in Oracle R12, Hyperion/HFM, Excel, Power BI, and Fabric.

  • Proficiency in English) with experience presenting financial concepts to international partners and supporting statutory compliance.
