The Live Product Management group, in close collaboration with the wider Live Curation Team, creates the most engaging and rewarding live service experiences for our players. Within this group, the Performance Management function sits at the heart of understanding how our players are interacting with our experiences and how effectively we are delivering against our business and player goals.

This Senior Lead Product Manager role owns how live service performance is understood, reported, and acted on across the organization. The role is responsible for shaping trusted performance narratives, establishing consistent measurement standards, and ensuring data driven decision making is embedded across the Live Product Management team. Working in close partnership with Product, Commercial, Analytics, Finance, and Leadership teams, this role translates player behavior and business performance into clear, actionable insights while also defining the frameworks, processes, and operating model that make this work scalable and sustainable.

The role focuses on building shared understanding, consistent measurement, and durable ways of working that help teams learn and improve continuously. You will combine strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and stakeholder storytelling to drive clarity, confidence, and alignment around live service performance, both in planned reporting and in fast moving, on demand situations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate performance narratives and reporting, including weekly, monthly, and milestone based readouts for senior leadership.

  • Lead timely, ad hoc performance analysis and insights to support live service decision making, including during critical moments that may occasionally require out of hours or weekend support.

  • Communicate in depth, proactive analysis of in game behavior trends using strong analytical techniques and business judgment to impact top line KPIs.

  • Own processes for gathering and synthesizing qualitative player insights (e.g. surveys, UXR), ensuring they complement telemetry and inform product decisions.

  • Own and standardize impact assessment practices across Game Product Managers, including reviewing, validating, and coordinating analytical work to ensure consistency and rigor.

  • Support executive and senior leadership conversations with thoughtful storytelling grounded in data, financial understanding, and business context.

  • Build executive level business cases and financial analyses, including opportunity sizing, scenario modeling, and risk assessment, in partnership with Game Product Managers, Analytics, and Finance.

  • Build and maintain a structured backlog of validated problem and opportunity spaces, partnering with Analytics to size and prioritize where teams should invest to guide ongoing investment decisions.

  • Enable confident decision making across the live service by owning a shared, reliable view of performance used across teams and leadership to drive decisions, reflecting player behavior, financial outcomes, risks, and future scenarios.

  • Support the evolution of the live service performance framework, including KPIs, definitions, assumptions, and context, ensuring alignment and consistency across teams and leadership levels.

  • Partner with Finance, Analytics, and Game Product Managers to perform regular forecasting activities using flexible and robust models that support multiple potential scenarios.

  • Partner closely with Analytics and Data teams to influence roadmaps, capacity planning, and future data capabilities that improve accessibility, trust, and decision velocity for Product Managers.

  • Support Game Product Managers with feature and content measurement plans, testing strategies, experimentation design, and post launch analysis, including A/B testing and post mortems.

  • Act as a senior source of learning and mentorship for other Product Managers, setting best practices for data driven decision making and continuously raising the bar for analytical rigor across the team.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience across Product Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields, ideally with experience in Live Services, gaming, retail, or customer facing digital products.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product strategy, prioritization, and decision making at both team and leadership levels.

  • Proven financial communication and writing skills, with experience preparing and presenting executive ready materials that explain complex analyses and models in clear, accessible language.

  • Experience building business cases, performing opportunity sizing, range modeling, and assessing risk and uncertainty to support investment decisions.

  • Strong understanding of live service or ongoing product performance, including interpreting in product trends to impact top line KPIs.

  • Experience synthesizing quantitative data and qualitative player or customer insights to inform product decisions.

  • Experience influencing cross functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority, driving alignment on complex, data driven decisions.

  • Experience prioritizing analytical work or managing analytics roadmaps, balancing business needs with team capacity.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast paced, ambiguous environments with multiple delivery methodologies and cross functional partners.

  • Experience partnering closely with Analytics, Data Science, and Finance teams, including familiarity with large scale telemetry, dashboards, forecasting models, or self service analytics environments.

  • Experience turning strategic thinking into financial and performance predictions through consulting, P&L ownership, or related experience.

  • Experience contributing to or supporting successful live service products through multiple stages of the product lifecycle.

  • Highly desirable but not essential: a football fan with an understanding of EA SPORTS FC core mechanics and live features, or a strong willingness to develop this understanding in role.
