Senior Lead Product Manager

Role Overview:

The Senior Lead Product Manager is responsible for managing the Slingshot Game’s game product management discipline and is responsible for the business outcomes of the Slingshot Game’s portfolio of live mobile titles. 

Their responsibilities include:

  • Lead the game product management team by providing clear expectations, mentorship, and guidance to help them grow in their careers
  • Develop and communicate product strategies that align with the games’ objectives and business goals for all titles in the Slingshot Games portfolio
  • Use metrics and feedback to guide ongoing innovation and refinement of titles in the portfolio
  • Communicate product performance to leadership on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence

Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years experience in product management or equivalent
  • 5+ years managing a team. Experience leading managers preferred
  • Experience leading a product management team with responsibility over product strategy
  • Demonstrated results delivering live mobile game titles, including roadmap development, product launches, and driving innovation
