Senior Marketing Analyst, Marketing Analytics (EAV)
Workplace Type: Hybrid | Vancouver, BC
Reporting Line: Reports to the Director of Marketing Analytics
The Office of the CXO drives effectiveness across the EA Experiences organization with a focus on excellence in business operations, comprehensive fan intelligence, plus internal technology and business solutions. We are horizontal connectors empowering teams across the Experiences organization with the strategic prioritization, investments, resources, data, insights, and technology required to accelerate outcomes in service of our goals.
You will help EA's marketing teams make smarter decisions by turning data into insights. Together, we will use your analysis to guide strategy and improve performance across video, social, web, email, and other channels.
Responsibilities
- You analyze cross-channel marketing data to identify trends that drive impact
- You build dashboards and presentations that guide action
- You partner with marketing teams to define needs and deliver insights
- You develop models using SQL, R (or Python/SAS), and statistical methods
- You apply regression, clustering, and hypothesis testing to uncover patterns
- You translate complex questions into structured, testable analytical plans
- You share findings through data visualization and clear storytelling
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or Economics
- 3+ years in analytics within marketing, media, or digital channels
- Advanced SQL skills across large datasets
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Proficiency in R or equivalent tools (Python, SAS)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
