As a Senior Marketing Creative Producer supporting Live Services Marketing, you’ll lead the production budgets and creative workflows for multiple high-profile EA HD/Console titles. You’ll collaborate closely with Creative Leads to manage timelines and guide the execution of marketing assets across internal teams, external agencies, and licensors. In partnership with EA HD/Console studios and cross-functional marketing leads across Product, Creative, Communications, and Platform Marketing, your work will drive audience growth, retention, and engagement. • Coordinate vendor pitch meetings and gather competitive pricing per project

  • Partner with Finance and Operations to track budget forecasts and actuals, ensuring spend aligns with scope

  • Facilitate the delivery of creative source materials from game studios to production partners

  • Oversee vendor relationships to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of marketing assets

  • Consolidate and manage feedback from key stakeholders including Product Marketing, Licensors, and Legal

  • Keep production trackers and workflow documentation current with relevant deliverables and status updates

  • Ensure smooth delivery of final assets to the appropriate internal teams

  • Foster strong relationships with agency partners to maintain high efficiency, consistency, and trust across all stages of production—from concept to final delivery

  • Uphold creative excellence across all assets produced

  • Collaborate with leaders in Product Marketing, User Acquisition, Brand Marketing, Data Science, Comms, Regional and Platform Marketing to align on strategic goals

  • Continuously improve production processes and workflows to drive efficiency and creative output

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Entertainment/Mobile/Console game marketing, creative production, or related roles

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of its audience

  • A highly organized and creative problem-solver with a knack for managing multiple workstreams

  • Proven experience working cross-functionally to support asset production pipelines

  • Strong communication and project management skills with a sharp eye for detail
