As a Senior Marketing Creative Producer supporting Live Services Marketing, you’ll lead the production budgets and creative workflows for multiple high-profile EA HD/Console titles. You’ll collaborate closely with Creative Leads to manage timelines and guide the execution of marketing assets across internal teams, external agencies, and licensors. In partnership with EA HD/Console studios and cross-functional marketing leads across Product, Creative, Communications, and Platform Marketing, your work will drive audience growth, retention, and engagement. This role requires tight coordination with studio partners and creative vendors to bring our campaigns to life—from idea to asset delivery. You’ll report directly to the Director, Creative Production.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed production schedules for creative assets—from kickoff to delivery—across both internal and external partners
Coordinate vendor pitch meetings and gather competitive pricing per project
Partner with Finance and Operations to track budget forecasts and actuals, ensuring spend aligns with scope
Facilitate the delivery of creative source materials from game studios to production partners
Oversee vendor relationships to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of marketing assets
Consolidate and manage feedback from key stakeholders including Product Marketing, Licensors, and Legal
Keep production trackers and workflow documentation current with relevant deliverables and status updates
Ensure smooth delivery of final assets to the appropriate internal teams
Foster strong relationships with agency partners to maintain high efficiency, consistency, and trust across all stages of production—from concept to final delivery
Uphold creative excellence across all assets produced
Collaborate with leaders in Product Marketing, User Acquisition, Brand Marketing, Data Science, Comms, Regional and Platform Marketing to align on strategic goals
Continuously improve production processes and workflows to drive efficiency and creative output
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Entertainment/Mobile/Console game marketing, creative production, or related roles
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of its audience
A highly organized and creative problem-solver with a knack for managing multiple workstreams
Proven experience working cross-functionally to support asset production pipelines
Proficiency in project management platforms like AirTable, Jira, ClickUp, or Asana
Strong communication and project management skills with a sharp eye for detail

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
