Description & Requirements

Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

This is a hybrid/in-office role based in our UK, Guildford office.

As a Senior Merchandiser, Operations, you will operate across multiple franchises with a portfolio-level mindset, deploying your expertise where it guides the greatest commercial impact. Rather than simply filling gaps, you will stabilise and improve merchandising execution across titles—overseeing asset governance, strengthening planning thoughtfulness, and independently leading smaller or new franchises where needed.

This role is critical to maintaining speed, quality, and strategic understanding across Console and PC partner ecosystems (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam, Epic, EA App, Amazon). You will connect with Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Platform Account teams, ensuring plans translate across regions and time zones.

You will report to the Franchise Merchandising Senior Manager and collaborate with multiple teams within the Global Publishing Organisation.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end asset management across global partner platforms, ensuring compliant, on-time delivery aligned with commercial priorities.

  • Deliver merchandising plans across Console and PC ecosystems, independently overseeing planning and partner negotiation for select portfolio titles and important launch or live service moments.

  • Secure and implement channel placements in collaboration with Platform Account teams, maintaining full lifecycle visibility across trackers and reporting.

  • Promote cross-regional project management across multiple franchises, mitigating risks and ensuring operational thoughtfulness across partners in North America and Europe.

  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, Commercial Account, and Studio teams to translate strategy

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce, digital marketing, or platform operations within gaming, entertainment, or comparable digital ecosystems.

  • Experience with Console and PC storefronts, player journeys, and promotional mechanics.

  • Project management skills with experience delivering complex, multi-franchise projects across regions and time zones.

  • Partner manager, able to align Marketing, Creative, Commercial, and Platform partners around clear execution plans.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.

Why Join Us

You will have a unique opportunity to operate across multiple franchises and partner ecosystems, gaining exposure to diverse launch strategies, live service models, and global commercial programmes.

You will help safeguard execution quality during peak business moments—ensuring EA maintains visibility, relevance, and competitive positioning across 65+ partner channels and an evolving digital ecosystem.
