We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the user experience for internal products and platforms used to manage cross-channel marketing assets. You’ll report to the Design & Content Production Director. This role blends UX strategy, interaction design, visual marketing craft, systems thinking, into a single, end-to-end product design practice.

You’ll work with product managers, engineers, and fellow design team mates to define intuitive experiences, scalable interaction patterns, and workflows that cultivate a high visual quality bar that support both near-term and long-term platform goal. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully building human-centered design solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, adapt well to a constant evolving industry, possess practical knowledge UX research and digital marketing visual strategies, and generally carry a positive energy that benefits the greater team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute meaningfully to the on-time launch of the next generation of EA’s cross-channel marketing asset management products

  • Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

  • Define and evolve interaction patterns and workflows that scale across products and features

  • Design high-quality UI visuals that are clear, usable, and aligned with our brand and design system

  • Contribute to and help shape our design system, including components, patterns, and usage guidance

  • Partner with product and engineering to influence UX strategy and roadmap decisions

  • Use research insights, data, and design principles to inform decisions and measure impact

  • Communicate design intent clearly through artifacts, presentations, and collaboration


Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating:

    • A deep understanding of customer needs and how design solutions improve usability, accessibility, or outcomes

    • UX and product thinking from concept through execution across diverse surfaces, devices, or platforms.

    • Interaction design and systems thinking

    • Polished visual UI execution

  • Experience working with or contributing to design systems and Figma Libraries

  • Proficiency Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) 

  • Ability to move fluidly between strategy, research, and execution

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills both written and verbal

  • Comfort working in complex, cross-functional product environments

  • Ability to influence change and challenge the status-quo respectfully to encourage innovation, efficiency, or productivity on behalf of customers

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience managing and scoping projects with quick turn arounds 

  • Experience leading workshops and Design Sprints to drive collaborative and innovative solutions

  • Experience in Art Direction, Creative Direction or Graphic Design

  • Familiarity with web, email, and in-game creative requirements

  • Comfort using Google Workspace tools


Pay Transparency - North America

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$100,000 - $139,500 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
