As Senior Product Manager, you will report to the Director, Product Management and guide our team in improving finance and other transaction processing and reporting systems. You will connect business, technology, and player needs to deliver impactful solutions that improve our strategy in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Role is hybrid based out of Redwood Shores (CA)

About the Team

EA Information Technology (EAIT) powers the technology that connects our global workforce and supports every part of our business, from game development to marketing, publishing, security, and player experience. We create secure, scalable solutions that help teams collaborate and innovate in order to create better experiences for players worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • You will create and refine product strategies across systems that primarily support financial close and regulatory compliance (“Record-to-Report” cycle)  

  • You will translate end-user requirements into actionable product specifications, collaborating with engineering, design, and architecture partners to deliver solutions and integrations that support us in achieving business goals.

  • You will guide cross-functional teams through system evaluations and implementations, setting measurable acceptance criteria and improving delivery effectiveness for us across EA.

  • You will present product recommendations to senior partners, informed by data, advocated by users and prioritized for transformation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience leading financial system evaluations and implementations in product management, business analysis, or program management roles.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP software such as Oracle EBS, SAP, Workday, or NetSuite, including financial close and consolidation functions.

  • Familiarity with any of the following or similar applications in the Finance Technology stack: Hyperion Financial Management, Cadency, Anaplan, PowerBI, Zuora/Revpro, Rightsline/Alliant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Experience presenting technical concepts and product strategies to senior partners, with a focus on finance and/or finance transformation

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$143,800 - $217,200 USD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
