Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Franchise Connected Experiences 

Location: Austin (Hybrid)

Reports to: Senior Director, Website & Scaled Creative

Job Summary:

Join us at Electronic Arts (EA), where you will help inspire the world to play by shaping the future of gaming for millions of players. As Senior Product Manager, Franchise Connected Experiences, you will guide the vision and roadmap for interactive web-based features that extend gameplay, creativity, and community beyond the console or PC. Reporting to the Senior Director, Website & Scaled Creative, you will collaborate with our CRM Website & Scaled Creative team and partners across studios, engineering, and game services to deliver deeply integrated player experiences. You will play a key role in transforming EA.com into a player-led digital destination connected to our iconic franchises.

Responsibilities:

  • You will define and own the product vision and roadmap for franchise-connected web experiences, integrating live game services and user-generated content systems for millions of players.
  • You will translate franchise portfolio strategy and timelines into prioritized web features that support CRM, marketing, and player engagement goals, partnering with studio, engineering, and analytics teams.
  • You will guide end-to-end product delivery for connected experiences, managing discovery, requirements, launch, iteration, and long-term scalability across multiple franchises.
  • You will design connected player journeys that bridge web, in-game, and CRM touchpoints, using player data and experimentation to improve engagement, retention, and adoption.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product management experience building digital, platform, or connected products in gaming or entertainment.
  • Experience delivering integrated or service-connected experiences at scale, including user-generated content platforms, live services, or community ecosystems.
  • Technical fluency with web-backend integration, APIs, and game ecosystems, including experience collaborating with engineering and studio teams.
  • Experience defining success metrics and using player data, experimentation, and feedback to improve product engagement and adoption.
