Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Personalization & Player Stats

Location: Vancouver (Hybrid)

Reports to: Senior Director, Website & Scaled Creative

Job Summary:

As Senior Product Manager, Personalization & Player Stats, you will guide the vision and roadmap for EA.com's most player-centric, data-driven features, transforming our website into a personalized digital hub for millions of players. Reporting to the Senior Director, Website & Scaled Creative, you will collaborate with our cross-functional teams to deliver experiences that connect players to their favorite games, achievements, and communities--making every visit meaningful.

Responsibilities:

  • You will define and champion the product vision for personalization and player stats, setting a clear north star and multi-year roadmap for EA.com.
  • You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for personalization and stats features, partnering with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Franchise, Content, and CRM teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • You will use player insights, user research, and A/B testing to prioritize work, measure impact, and improve engagement, retention, and satisfaction across web and digital channels.
  • You will communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to partners, aligning teams around shared goals and ensuring player trust, privacy, and accessibility are respected.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product management experience in digital, gaming, entertainment, or technology environments.
  • Experience shipping and scaling personalization or data-driven products for large, diverse audiences.
  • Experience using experimentation, analytics, and user segmentation to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and multiple teams to deliver player-facing features.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$119,600 - $167,300 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
