The Senior Publishing Manager, China Sports will report to the Head of Publishing, China Sports, as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities:

  • You will work as publishing business owner of assigned mobile product in China
    • Deliver revenue, strategy agreement and GTM ideas of assigned product
    • Set Measurements with EA studio and local partner, deliver business forecasting and reporting
    • Project management, coordinate between EA and Partners to ensure we hit milestone with deliverables
    • Review, advice and feedback on partner ideas and requests from publishing and marketing perspectives.
  • You will manage assigned mobile projects partners
    • Partner with our operators and EA studio to build and align commercial and publishing strategies, ensuring the execution is great.
    • Facilitate and showcase the success of our partner in EA – ensuring fast approvals, being a conduit for internal process, driving greater marketing investment
    • Be a mediator between our partner and EA company partners, managing relationships and escalating when needed.
  • You will become source of insights of mobile space
    • Research China mobile sports market data, provide insights to unlock growth and internally advocate for our partners
    • Be a China mobile sports market experts, representing the voice of local community into EA, and sharing relevant competitor insights or best practice.
    • Educate our China mobile business uniqueness and opportunity, provide local context to EA partners so they can make informed decisions

Qualifications:

  • Have 10 years experience in China mobile market operation and publishing
  • Publishing experience in China mobile sports market, prefer end to end operated / published 1 or more successful mobile sports games
  • Project management experience digging into customer feedback, following up to further define issues, including communication, relationship/agreement building, and ability to navigate in a large global matrixed organization.
  • Logic thinker with an ability to address a problem when it happens, mediate where needed, and lead solutions
  • Fluent English / Chinese (written and verbal)
  • Passion and understanding for the gaming and sports game genre.
