Senior Purchasing Specialist

The Senior Purchasing Specialist reports to the Sr. Director of Business Management. You will help Fan Growth navigate the purchasing process while ensuring compliance with EA regulations, legal requirements, supplier dynamics, accounts payable workflows, and standard payment terms.

Responsibilities

  • Create Purchase Orders; track and submit invoices

  • Work with finance partners, business owners, and suppliers to ensure work orders are completed and month-end deadlines are met

  • Review work orders to ensure all billing information is included and accurate

  • Audit all incoming supplier invoices to ensure the data submitted is in compliance with EA AP policy

  • Update and track the status of submitted invoices

  • Initiate, track, and follow up on new supplier setup applications

  • Manage Airtable forms to initiate PO requests

  • Improve processes, using AI and other available tools

  • Provide business owners with regular updates about the status of their open orders

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a Billing Coordinator, Purchasing Specialist or similar

  • Intermediate+ proficiency working with large datasets in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) or Google Sheets

  • Beginner knowledge of Airtable (create and edit forms, data entry, and manage tables)

  • Comfortable with mathematics and financial data

  • Service-oriented mindset
