We’re currently seeking a Senior Analyst – Tax/Transfer Pricing to join our Hyderabad-based Finance hub. This role will report to our Global Tax Team in North America and work closely with colleagues across Europe and Asia. You’ll be part of a collaborative and international environment that supports EA’s operational excellence through best-in-class tax practices.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Transfer Pricing Compliance

  • Develop, maintain, and support EA’s global transfer pricing documentation in line with OECD Guidelines.
  • Draft and coordinate Master File, Local Files, and U.S. transfer pricing documentation in compliance with IRC Sections 1.482 and 6662.
  • Perform detailed comparables benchmarking using BvD’s Orbis and TP Catalyst platforms.
  • Partner with tax leads across North America, EMEA, and APAC to align compliance strategies and coordinate documentation across jurisdictions.

Operational Transfer Pricing Execution

  • Support the calculation and preparation and post quarterly journal entries for intercompany transactions related to headquarter cost allocations and cross-border services.
  • Collaborate with finance and controllership teams to manage cost allocation models and ensure data accuracy across global entities.
  • Support intercompany payment processes.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Extract, analyze, and visualize financial and intercompany data from Oracle ERP systems.
  • Build Power BI dashboards to monitor operational transfer pricing.
  • Contribute to process improvements, data automation, and scalable documentation solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, with a preference for:
    • Prior experience at a Big 4 firm
    • Experience in an in-house multinational environment
  • Solid command of OECD Guidelines, U.S. IRC 1.482 and 6662.
  • Hands-on experience with Orbis and TP Catalyst for benchmarking studies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort handling large datasets and financial systems.

Preferred Extras

  • Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Exposure to Oracle ERP systems.
  • Experience supporting country-by-country reporting, BEPS action items, or intercompany agreement reviews.
