Austin TX - Onsite

Relocation is not supported for this role. 

The Senior Workplace Experience Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming, efficient, and engaging office environment. They help support workplace operations and vendor relationships, work with a sense of urgency and strive to assist the Austin site in creating the very best and well-kept environment possible to attract and retain passionate team members and help produce and support the best games. You will report to the Director, Workplace Experience and work onsite. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Experience

    • Plan and implement office engagement initiatives

    • Cultivate relationships with local stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive site culture

    • Support the onsite company store with inventory management and merchandise ordering 

    • Manage onsite food program initiatives 

    • Drive site communications including newsletters, internal intranet pages, and Slack channels

  • Office Operations

    • Assist Workplace Experience manager in daily operations of the office

    • Service Now Ticket Management: Review, respond to, or assign helptickets to the appropriate channel

    • Liaise with building management, janitorial staff, and security teams

  • Facilities & Vendor Management

    • Help coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs

    • Support tracking operational budgets 

    • Manage engagement initiatives with vendors

  • Safety & Space Planning

    • Partner with our Global Health Office and Workplace Experience manager on emergency preparedness and site safety initiatives

    • Support space planning and workplace onboarding efforts

 Qualifications

  • You have 2+ years of experience in office coordination, facilities, or workplace operations

  • You are proficient in workplace software (e.g., Google Apps, Mailchimp, Bright Author)

  • You are experienced with event planning and vendor management

  • You are comfortable with new technologies and digital tools

  • You are warm, engaging demeanor with a customer-first mindset
