Reporting to the Head of Global Social Impact, this generalist, emerging practitioner role is ideal for a mission-driven, highly organized team player eager to build meaningful experiences and partnerships that bring our purpose—to inspire the world to play—to life.

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of strategy, employee engagement, communications, and partnerships, helping deliver programs that create a world where everyone can play, learn, and thrive. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across high-impact initiatives and contribute to a culture powered by creativity, innovation, and purpose.

In this role you will:

Work cross functionally with internal teams and external partners in support of creating awesome and engaging experiences that meet global impact and brand objectives. You will execute programs, develop content, and help inspire and engage all our audiences.

  • Enable our global network of impact leads and contribute to a growing community of practice

  • Develop and manage resources like toolkits, forms to streamline workflows, and how-to guides to help teams implement initiatives that support local needs and enterprise strategy

  • Create content for the give-back program platform, run reporting, and coordinate with our technology vendor

  • Track program logistics, inventories, and distribution of materials, including swag and giveaway items

Create Engaging Storytelling and Communications

  • Collaborate with brand and communications teams to surface and tell stories and capture content that spotlight EA’s social impact for internal and external audiences

  • Support development of compelling content for multiple channels: impact stories, case studies, photo/video briefs, social media posts, internal communications, and newsletters

  • Support the development and execution of communication plans for social impact campaigns and activations

  • Use the Social Impact design system to create clear and engaging creative assets that amplify key messages and inspire action

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years related experience in social impact, corporate responsibility, ESG, or nonprofits and charities

  • Proven experience with project, program, volunteer, or event management who can juggle multiple tasks and logistics

  • Enjoys working as a successful contributor in a fast-paced, high growth environment and energized by collaboration and building relationships across teams and functions to achieve your goals

  • Likes to tell stories and communicate; experience with writing and/or content creation, including social media, a plus

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to quality and excellence

  • Self-starter with a global and learning mindset, always looking for ways to problem-solve, improve, iterate, and add value

  • Strong knowledge of Google collaboration tools and Microsoft applications and comfortable working in digital platforms and productivity tools

  • Some experience with employee giving and volunteer management platforms (e.g., Benevity, YourCause, Deed, Bonteerra, Submittable, Bright Funds) is preferred
