EA Experiences oCXO Technology and CRM Tech & Data

The CRM Tech & Data team sits within the Customer Relationship Management group, and is responsible for accelerating the modernization of our internal capabilities and unlocking the power of digital tech.

 

Our team focuses on the foundational, internal requirements needed to maximize Experiences organization performance and business outcomes.


A list of specific responsibilities and qualifications for this role can be found below. 

Responsibilities 

  • Integrate cloud-based data platforms required for measurement and audience segmentation across all media channels.
  • Work with our Project Managers, Third party partners, Data Analysts, and cross team Software Engineers to gather user requirements.
  • Manage, Configure, and optimize the ETL processes across a wide range of data platforms.
  • Create the batch and streaming processes that facilitate the operations of our Data Scientist partners.

 

 

Qualifications 

 

  • Computer Science Degree, Computer Engineering Degree, or similar experience working in a data-driven organization. Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Have professional experience in either Java or C#.
  • Have professional experience in Python.
  • Have professional experience with a data streaming platform like Kafka/Amazon Kinesis.
  • Have professional experience with SQL.
  • Have professional experience with DynamoDB or similar NoSQL solutions.
  • Have professional experience developing solutions using AWS.
  • Work with customers with a diverse set of backgrounds and needs - able to speak their language, appreciate their challenges, and maintain their respect.
  • Identify issues and implement solutions.
  • Some knowledge of Agile practices.
  • Passion for the game industry.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) * $96,400 - $133,900 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
