This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).


Quality Verification and Standards (QVS) Engineering at EA ensures game excellence, providing insights into game readiness and player experience through advanced software solutions. We're developing an internal platform (QTP) to enhance tool delivery and support for QVS engineering teams.

The group of teams responsible for QTP are looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee platform projects. You will coordinate efforts across the teams, ensuring on-time delivery, budgets, and priorities are met. Being a bridge between partners and the engineering teams, you track progress, resolve dependencies and facilitate Agile ceremonies. Reporting to the QTP product owner you align platform delivery outcomes and our operational goals.


Responsibilities:

  • You will oversee execution of our projects and features

  • You will track progress, resolve dependencies, find and address risks, and facilitate our Agile ceremonies

  • You will monitor our project performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • You will manage changes in project scope while keeping platform users informed and aligned

  • You will be the primary contact between our engineering teams, product owners and users

  • You will estimate our costs and timelines, ensuring adherence

  • You will always look for opportunities to improve our support and delivery processes; use data-driven approaches to identify bottlenecks and promote the use of tools and automation

  • You will monitor our capacity, ensuring sustainable workloads while meeting business demands


Qualifications / Skills:

  • 8+ years in software engineering related roles

  • 5+ years in a technical role focused on project delivery, roadmap creation, budget management and capacity management, with at least 3 years managing large cross-organization programs

  • Expert in SDLC methodologies like Agile (Scrum or Kanban), and project management tools like JIRA

  • Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools

  • Familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines

  • Familiarity with programming or system architecture
