We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer for the Quality Verification & Standards in Seoul. Our mission is to drive software excellence by delivering innovative quality engineering solutions that ensure the reliability, performance, and overall quality of our gaming experiences. We collaborate with teams to develop and implement AI-driven solutions for quality control, test automation, AI pipelines, and CI/CD systems. As a key partner to game development and QA teams, we drive innovation by integrating AI/ML into Dev/QV processes to ensure the highest quality standards.

  • You will report to the Group Technical Director and follow a hybrid work model (Work from home 2 days per week).


Responsibilities:

  • You will build AI-driven solutions to enhance quality engineering processes and automation.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for applying machine learning and data analytics to improve product quality.

  • You will lead the evaluation and integration of AI tools and frameworks into existing QA workflows.

  • You will mentor team members on AI technologies, best practices, and implementation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • You have bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • You have minimum 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a related engineering role

  • You have expertise in AI/ML technologies, including hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) or LLM Model

  • You have proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++

  • You have experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams

  • You have ability to mentor junior engineers on AI and software engineering best practices.
