Sr. Content Strategist (UX and eCommerce)
Workplace Type: Hybrid | Vancouver, Toronto, or Orlando
Reporting Line: You will report into the Director of Experience Design

As a Senior Content Strategist, you'll lead content systems for our PC platform store and launcher—guiding how players discover games and services. You'll work across teams to align strategy with player needs, franchise priorities, and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead eCommerce content strategy across platform and franchise touchpoints
- Connect content strategy to player insights, experimentation, and business metrics
- Define scalable content models, tools, and systems for ongoing optimization
- Collaborate with design, research, and product partners to shape experiences
- Advocate for content strategy in cross-functional settings and presentations
- Align content design efforts with campaign, marketing, and merchandising goals
- Demonstrate content value through data, testing, and impact storytelling
- Foster strong, collaborative partnerships across teams
Required Qualifications
- Degree in communications, business, research, or related field—or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in UX content, eCommerce strategy, or digital merchandising
- Experience with content and analytics platforms, experimentation tools, and performance frameworks
- Able to connect insights to action and influence product direction
- Interest in games or digital entertainment is a plus
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
