Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the architecture and development of core personalization services, including content management, multi-channel delivery, segmentation, tracking, and reporting

  • You will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and career guidance, ensuring the professional growth and development of team members
  • You will foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and continuous learning
  • You will partner with cross-functional teams in Content Management & Delivery, Messaging, Segmentation, Recommendations, and Experimentation to personalize player experiences at scale
  • You will work closely with stakeholders-- including Game Studios, Marketing, and Brand teams --to understand their use cases, translate them into data requirements, and ensure end-to-end data availability for Live Services
  • You will leverage massive data sets from 20+ game studios to drive strategic decisions and platform enhancements
  • You will promote a data-driven decision-making process and experimentation culture across the organization

Qualifications:

  • Experience in multi-cloud architectures and large-scale data processing systems
