Global Physical Security & Resilience (GPSR) was established to support enterprise-wide needs for safety, security, and business resilience programs. GPSR strives to unite and empower us at EA to create a safe and secure environment. You will report to the Manager for the Global Security Operations Center. Our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) helps monitor and respond to security events that may impact EA's operations and assets.

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Security Specialist to join our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). You will be responsible for contract administration, ensuring efficient management of vendor agreements, compliance with contractual obligations, and seamless coordination with partners to support security monitoring, incident response, and crisis management efforts. Location: Bucharest, hybrid/ remote for other cities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and ensure the delivery of goals.

  • Be an direct contact for vendor management for contracted personnel and technical tools.

  • Develop standard operating procedures for security operations, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and EA's security policies.

  • Support escalations for complex security incidents, working with leadership to develop strategic solutions.

  • Help develop business continuity and crisis management plans.

  • Implement and improve security tools to enhance GSOC capabilities.

  • Support accurate documentation of incidents, events, and lessons learned to facilitate future security operations improvements.

  • Coordinate with partners to support all internal investigations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in security management, information security, or a related field. 

  • Experience: 5+ years in a security operations center, GSOC, or similar security environment.

  • Experience administering vendor agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Experience coordinating contract-related vendor responses during large-scale security incidents.

  • Familiarity with security technologies: video surveillance, access control systems, and threat intelligence platforms.

  • Communication, decision-making and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience working in a global organization.

  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
