As part of the Store Operations team, working in our Romania office and reporting to the Store Operations Manager located in the UK, you can work hybrid from our Bucharest office. You will be responsible for successful digital product asset launches and subsequent live service updates for a portfolio of EA's global digital releases across all platforms. As a larger team, we provide operational services to deliver EA content across all channels, platforms, and business models to our global network of players.

You will collaborate with multiple teams within Global Operations across different time zones and you will work with the Creative, Marketing, Digital Merchandising, and Brand teams, and external partners/platform providers.


Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and track operational-related digital asset deliverables from partners, including Merchandising teams, Creative, Marketing, and Studio Partners.
  • Ensure all tasks are entered, tracked, assigned, and their status updated in our internal JaaS and Asana systems.
  • Project management - set schedules, understand and mitigate risk for product delivery.
  • Partner with one or more Store Operations colleagues on the execution of title delivery.
  • Participation in regular franchise related Operations calls with internal partners.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Work within a hybrid model with three office days and two working from home days.


Experience Required:

  • 2+ years of applicable work experience (i.e, project management, product planning and scheduling, quality verification).
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required for the role.
  • Detail focussed with a background in understanding project application tools.
  • Motivated, flexible and shows initiative in solving problems independently.
  • Ability working within global and multicultural organizations.
