A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.
Reporting to the Hardware leadership group, you will support the production of high quality 3D content by building tools and workflows that help artists deliver faster, more efficiently, and with greater reliability. Your work will focus on reducing manual and repetitive tasks, improving quality, and helping scale our asset production capabilities across the Battlefield universe.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Build, maintain, and improve tools that support 3D content creation workflows, including modeling, UV, destruction, and baking pipelines
  • Collaborate closely with artists to identify workflow challenges and develop solutions that reduce friction, improve speed, and raise quality
  • Maintain documentation and share best practices to help teams adopt new workflows efficiently
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying pipeline bottlenecks and proposing scalable solutions that benefit multiple teams
  • Partner with technical and content leads to align tools and workflows with the wider Battlefield production pipeline
  • Support cross discipline teams by ensuring tools and processes can scale beyond hardware assets to environment props, architecture, and characters

Qualifications:
  • Experience developing or improving 3D production tools and workflows in games or real time environments
  • Familiarity with procedural 3D DCC tools such as Houdini and Substance Designer, and an interest in building scalable procedural solutions
  • Understanding of modern hard surface workflows, including modeling, UV layout, destruction, and baking techniques
  • Ability to collaborate directly with artists, gather feedback, and deliver iterative improvements
  • Strong problem solving and process improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and scalability
  • Comfortable documenting processes, sharing knowledge, and supporting peers in adopting new tools and workflows
