Description & Requirements

We are a global team of creators, storytellers, technologists, experience originators, innovators and so much more. We believe amazing games and experiences start with teams as diverse as the players and communities we serve. At Electronic Arts, the only limit is your imagination.

The multi-disciplinary Player & Quality Insights team focuses on understanding player behavior and designing player feedback events across our entire portfolio of games, to help game teams develop the games and experiences our players want to play. We are a player-inspired team where every major decision starts with who we make games for.

Reporting to the Senior Technical Product Manager, we are looking for a technical product manager (TPM) who will establish roadmaps, product management for a growing innovation-team with universal products, used across multiple EA teams. You will ensure these software product portfolios (made up of a mix of internally developed tools and 3rd party vendor solutions) are appropriate and prioritized, and work collaboratively on new projects, with a focus on experimentation, research & development and community engagement.

Local, hybrid onsite options are available.

Responsibilities

  • You will define and guide roadmaps collaboratively for the portfolio of technical products, managing them through their life cycle: idea, introduction, growth, and end stages, including product integration opportunities.
  • You will manage timelines and expectations with multiple partners and user groups, make decisions with multiple EA needs in mind and improve our user feedback process and community engagement.
  • You will use data to influence and make decisions, measure success, define and perform return on investment and value-add analysis.

Qualifications and Knowledge

  • 3 or more years of experience in technical product management.

  • Ideally, you have experience working directly with tools or product(s) using Customer Relationship Management / Community Engagement / Customer Review and Feedback technologies. A technical background is appreciated.
  • Knowledge of Agile framework and value-based development.
  • Converting ideas/vision into roadmap, and then from roadmap into launches and productization.
  • Experience or desire working in a team with varied domain expertise, technical and non-technical, across different locations and in hybrid and remote work environments.
