The Challenge Ahead

We are hiring a Technical Product Manager to join our Localization Data & AI team, reporting to the Data & AI Senior Manager.

The Localization Data & AI team's mission is to empower EA Localization. They achieve this through scalable data platforms, advanced analytics, and AI-driven solutions. These solutions improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of localized content at scale.

As a TPM, you will be the primary technical and product interface between Localization partners, Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Insights and Platform teams. You will lead the product direction of assigned solutions, ensuring they are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with EA's broader data and AI strategy.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Business Analysis

  • Capture and understand business and technical needs of the products/solutions assigned.
  • Document features identified during conversations with partners.
  • Create technical strategy plans to move and integrate the product/solutions assigned into the localization toolset.

Project Management

  • Reporting and coordination link between EA product/solutions and the localization toolset. Participate in the on going prioritization of the bussines needs following product/solution needs and schedules.
  • Track, predict and report:
    1. schedule and cost deviation, report them and propose actions for an appropriate mitigation, correction or compromises. Redo cost analysis and schedule accordingly.
    2. Issue (i.e.: quality degradation), report them and propose actions for appropriate mitigation, correction or compromises.
  • Participate in postmortem processes and collection of partners feedback to measure satisfaction and distill future improvements and solutions needed.

Product Management

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of assigned Data & AI solutions, from discovery and definition to delivery, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the technical contact for your products, representing the team across Localization, Engineering, Data Science, Data Insights and Platform partners.
  • Translate our needs into clear, applicable product requirements, technical specifications, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and success metrics, ensuring agreement on Localization strategy and Data & AI capabilities.

 

Partner Management & Collaboration

  • Build relationships with Localization, Engineering, and Platform teams to align priorities and expectations.
  • Facilitate decision-making by balancing value, technical feasibility, and long-term maintainability.
  • Lead postmortems and feedback loops to improve products, processes, and collaboration.

 

Skills Required

  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Technical background. University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent educational or working background.
  • Conflict management.
  • Project Management, Business experience using data and insights to inform product development and CRM skills.
  • Knowledge in the foundations of Software Engineering and Develoment Life Cycle.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

EssentialExperience Required

  • 5+ years of professional experience in start to end Project Management (from conception to implementation, deployment and mantainance)
  • Professional experience in Business Analysis and Requirement Analysis.
  • Knowledge in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, ...) and Agile Project Management.
  • Experience working in a multi-site and multicultural team.

 

Desirable

  • Experience with AI/ML products, analytics platforms, or MLOps environments.
  • Background in data engineering, infrastructure, or cloud-based systems.
  • Experience in localization, content pipelines, or the entertainment/gaming industry.
