From scalable cloud solutions to AI-driven gameplay services, IPS ensures that EA's games are available anytime, anywhere for millions of players worldwide.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will report to the Director of Program Management. You will support IPS teams including Gameplay Services, Marketplace, and Social Platform (GMS). You will work with several partners to manage cost-related activities --including forecasting, chargebacks, and cost optimization efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • You will coordinate with stakeholders across teams to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and scalability.
  • You will partner with technical and business teams to pilot AI-driven solutions, helping define use cases, measure impact, and scale successful approaches.
  • You will support the forecasting process by collecting inputs, maintaining models, and tracking variances against actuals.
  • You will track and maintain a centralized view of cost performance across GMS, including budgets, actuals, and forecasts.
  • You will track and report on cost savings initiatives, including year-over-year improvements and impact analysis.
  • You will build dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into cost metrics, trends, and performance.
  • You will prepare and contribute to cost-related presentations for GMS leadership, ensuring clear and actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years technical program management experience running medium to large software programs
  • Expertise in modern project management and SDLC processes
  • Experience with cost tracking, budgeting, or financial operations in a program or project environment.
  • Familiarity with dashboarding or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or tools, and an interest in applying them to program or financial workflows.
  • Experience across component definition, design, engagement, engineering, and service management for highly available online services and platforms
  • Experience with documentation and work tracking tools like: Confluence, GitLab, JIRA, Teams/Sharepoint, Monday.com

Bonus:

  • Experience working on high-scale, high-availability multi-tenant web services
  • Experience working in GitHub or GitLab, reading code reviews, and understanding API specs
  • Experience programming (JAVA, C#, Go, Rust etc.)
