We're looking for a Tech Recruiter to help shape the future of technology at Electronic Arts. You'll partner with engineering, data, and product leaders to attract and hire world-class technical talent. You are responsible full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and assessing candidates to influencing hiring strategies, ensuring a fair, inclusive, and excellent candidate experience. You’ll report to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition and work a hybrid schedule, requiring at least three days per week in the Vancouver office. 

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for technical roles, operating with autonomy while following established policies.
  • Develop data-driven, equitable recruiting strategies aligned with EA's goals.
  • Source top engineering and technology talent through creative, proactive outreach.
  • Assess candidates objectively and present recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, providing market insights and consultative guidance.
  • Use recruiting tools and analytics to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and improve results.
  • Champion process excellence, fairness, and continuous improvement in all hiring activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
  • Experienced in using applicant tracking and sourcing systems.
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles within diverse technical domains.
  • Expertise in sourcing, assessment, and relationship management with technical talent.
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers and communicating recruiting updates to a variety of partners.
  • Ability to use enterprise systems, including the enterprise applicant tracking system, to manage the different stages of the hiring process.
  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$75,900 - $105,600 CAD

 In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
