Role Overview

Manage revenue accounting for complex digital portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with business standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee revenue booking and related accounting activities, including AR uploads, credit notes, and dispute resolution within defined timelines.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly reports such as Transaction Register, Account Analysis, and Trial Balance.
  • Maintain invoicing accuracy by tracking requirements and updating customer contact details.
  • Post accrual and actual journal entries for revenue, cash, fees, tax reserves, and refunds.
  • Investigate and resolve open payments in coordination with the cash applications team.
  • Ensure service delivery meets SLA and KPI targets.
  • Support in system upgrade testing and issue resolution through IT ticket management.
  • Conduct variance analysis between accruals and actuals for campaigns.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support efficiency initiatives.
  • Provide backup support to other revenue analysts as needed.
  • Represent the team professionally in stakeholder interactions and status meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business, or Finance (MBA Finance/ICWA/CMA Semi-qualified preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable module.
  • Strong understanding of General Ledger and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of macros is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Open to night shifts/US hours.
