VP of Enterprise Security

Electronic Arts is looking for a Vice President of Enterprise Security to help protect the people, platforms, and technology that power our games and experiences around the world.

Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, this leader will define and drive EA's enterprise security strategy across corporate systems, cloud infrastructure, developer environments, and emerging AI technologies. You will lead global teams responsible for security operations, incident response, security engineering, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, and AI security.

This is a collaborative leadership role that partners with teams across technology, game development, and business operations to build secure, scalable, and resilient systems that enable innovation across EA.

Responsibilities

  • You will define and lead EA's enterprise security strategy across cloud, endpoint, identity, SaaS, DevSecOps, and AI security domains.

  • Lead global teams responsible for incident response, security operations, threat detection, security engineering, vulnerability management, and red team activities.

  • Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and game technology teams to integrate security into platforms, tools, and development workflows.

  • Help establish secure standards and guardrails that support safe and efficient adoption of AI technologies and agentic systems across the enterprise.

  • Improve security tooling, automation, monitoring, and response capabilities.

  • Guide enterprise risk management, compliance initiatives, and security architecture decisions.

  • Build partnerships across technical and business teams, and communicate security strategy and risk to executive leadership and the Board.

  • Develop inclusive, high-performing teams and create an environment where security practitioners can grow and do their best work.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or related technology leadership roles.

  • Experience leading large-scale enterprise security programs and managing global teams, including leaders of leaders.

  • Strong knowledge of modern enterprise security practices, including identity and access management, cloud security, endpoint security, DevSecOps, threat detection, and vulnerability management.

  • Experience securing modern cloud and development environments across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Familiarity with modern security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI, or OWASP.

  • Understanding of emerging AI security risks and controls, including securing AI-enabled workflows and enterprise AI platforms.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing technical and partners at executive levels.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
